Please note: personalised and custom made goods are exempt from this returns policy due to the distance selling regulations in the UK relating to personalised and custom made goods they are exempt. Returns will only be accepted if you order has arrived damaged, which I would require photographic evidence of the damage to claim losses from Royal Mail.
To be eligible for a return your order has to be damaged upon arrival, your order must be unused and within the original packaging.
Once I receive your order, I will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund through the payment method you had used. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
