My name is Helen, I run The Favour Factory, a UK based small business and have been trading since 2009. I originally started this business selling personalised party lip gloss favours, until a customer asked to purchase just the stickers. This took my business to the next level and I started specialising in personalised stickers.
I started my business on eBay and closed on there in 2021 with over 28000 feedback reviews. I opened my first Etsy store where I felt my products would sell better;
