My name is Helen, I am the owner of The Favour Factory, a UK based small business and have been trading since 2009.
I started with an eBay shop, now with over 29000 feedback reviews.
I also opened an Etsy store in 2020 with sales of over 22,000 so far.
I know purchasing from the internet can be quite worrying but please be sure I am a reputable business run by just me, with so many of my lovely customers returning for all their life occasions.
