- I post within the UK only, with postage and packaging priced from £1.30 for stickers and sweet bags, tracked24 for tin orders with free postage over £30.
- All orders are sent on a Royal Mail first class service for stickers and kits, Tin orders are sent using royal mail tracked24 or parcel force on higher value orders.
- Processing times are from 1 to 2 working days before dispatch for stickers and sweet bags. Tins are processed within 2-5 working days depending on the size of your order.
- I post Monday through to Friday only.
- Once your order has been completed a dispatch notice email will be sent to you, please ensure you enter the correct email when ordering.
- Royal mail deliver 1st class post and tracked24 normally the following working day however they can take up to 2-3 days to arrive, busy periods especially from 1st December onwards and during strike action, please expect delays and do not expect orders to arrive in shown timescales.
- Please allow up to 7 working days (UK) for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived, please contact me using the contact form or email address.
