I have ordered photo stickers, how do I send my photo?
Please send me a personal email from your own email account to helen@thefavourfactory.co.uk with a photo attached. I will reply to confirm your photo has been received when I begin to process your order. I will send a proof for approval for all photo sticker orders only. I will not post until the proof is approved.
Photos provided by customers are deleted immediately once the order has been completed. Completed sticker designs are kept for 1 month to allow for re-ordering. After 1 month the completed designs are deleted.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 7-10 working days (mon-fri are considered 5 working days) to receive your order, although almost all orders are received much before then. Ireland orders will take a few days longer. Please ensure you have provided 7-10 working days to receive your order. If a purchase is made at short notice and I feel unable to proceed I reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the purchase in full and contact you to confirm the order has been cancelled.
When you place your order and payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email of you order. You will then receive a dispatch notification email on the day your order is posted.
How much is postage and packaging?
Postage cost is calculated at checkout depending on the total order weight in line with Royal Mail's current price schedule. Each postage amount paid covers packing materials to keep your order fresh and free from any damage.
Labels, scratch cards and cupcake toppers have a flat rate fee of £1.00 p&p for UK delivery and £2.00 for Ireland delivery. Chocolate orders are based purely on the total order and its weight in line with current Royal Mail Charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently only accept paypal, payments made through paypal are secure. Even if you do not want to sign up with paypal you are still able to make a debit or credit card payment through their service without continuing to open an account with them. The Favour Factory does not have any access to your payment information.
My order is wrong, what do I do?
If I have made an error, please contact me as soon as possible so I can rectify and re-post immediately. Simply email me directly with your order number and I will resolve the issue. If however you have made an error, please re-order.
I have not received my order?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class standard therefore no tracking is available through this service, however proof of postage is obtained with every order through the post office. Please double check at your local sorting office. Please also check the delivery address you have provided is correct. If you have not received your order within 10-14 working days I will re-post and contact Royal Mail.
Returns
As my products are custom made and personalised I do not accept returns, only in exceptional circumstances.

The content of my website is for personal viewing only, no duplicating of images is allowed this includes saving any of my images to your computer or sharing pictures without consent from The Favour Factory.
Stickers are not suitable for children under 3 unless supervised by an adult whilst using them. The Favour Factory cannot be held responsible for any incidents occuring from misuse of the stickers. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the stickers are used in the way they are intended for.
