PAYMENT:
I currently accept PayPal payments and payment by post. Payment by post allows you to send a cheque payment or Postal Order to me. When prompted at checkout please choose your method carefully. By selecting payment by post, you order will be sent upon clearing of you cheque or on receipt of your postal order. Postal orders that are crossed are classified as a cheque. I will accept Nochex payments shortly. I do not have access to your card details when payment is made via PayPal or Nochex.
PERSONALISING YOUR ORDER:
All products require personalisation. You will see the box provided to enter your personalisation details alongside each product. Please ensure you enter a name or names, a date if required and and other changes or information you would like to inform me about. Please make sure spelling is correct.
SENDING YOUR ORDER:
All my products are personalised & custom made. Please understand although I send all orders in a timely manner I cannot send them immediately. 7 working days is a good guideline for your order being made and received. I do accommodate RUSH orders however I would really appreciate contact with me first to inform me of the short notice. I will not be held responsible for orders that are late for your occasion when less than 7 working days have been provided.
DELIVERY:

RECEIVED ORDER:
Once you have received your order, please check quantities & spelling are correct, if I have made a mistake please contact me immediately, I will send replacements immediately. If however you have made a mistake I cannot replace your order for free. Please re-order.
RETURNS:
All orders are custom made therefore returns are accepted only in particular circumstances.
