PERSONALISING YOUR ORDER:
Each item that requires personalisation will feature a drop down menu for you to choose your design number. You will also have a box provided to enter your personalisation details. Please ensure you enter a name or names, a date if required and and other changes or information you would like note.
SENDING YOUR ORDER:
Most if not all my items are personalised & custom made products. Please understand although I send all orders in a timely manner I cannot send them immediately. 3-5 working days are a good guideline for your order being made and received. I do accommodate RUSH orders however I would really appreciate a message first to inform me of the short notice. I will not be held responsible for orders that are late for your occasion when less than 3-5 workings days have been given to complete your order.
All orders are sent via 1st class standard or 1st class recorded delivery. You have the option to choose which delivery you prefer at checkout. (UK orders only).
RECEIVED ORDER:
Once you have received your order, please check quantities & spelling are correct, if I have made a mistake please contact me immediately, I will send replacements immediately. If however you have made a mistake I cannot replace your order for free. Please re-order.
