My name is Helen, I am a work at home mummy of 2. I have been creative since I can remember and have made many personalised items for friends and family. Graphic Design has been my passion since teaching myself photoshop software over 4 years ago.
I have created The Favour Factory to provide a 'one stop shop' for all occasion favours. I create items for baby showers, birthdays, christenings, hen nights, weddings, halloween, christmas and new year. I have supplied many businesses with large corporate orders too.
The Favour Factory is a fun business so I try to keep the items I sell fun & unique. All my product designs are created by me so you will receive a very individual service. All the items I make now co-ordinate with each other. I have increased my product range significantly in the last few months and more is still to come. You will find lip balm pots, lip balm sticks, lip balm tins (coming soon), chocolate bars, chocolate squares, chocolate coins, hershey's kisses, favour stickers of all sizes, favour card tags, scratch cards, favour boxes of different sizes filled and un-filled and tinned candles. Although I am a work at home mum, I run my business from an office/ design studio, all my stock is kept clean and from a smoke and pet free environment. I take pride in my customer service experience and work all hours to keep my business successful.
