 Hi, my name is Helen, for many years I have created a huge range of personalised products including lip balms, candles, party chocolates, scratch card party games as well as my hugely popular personalised labels.

Everything you see in my shop is exclusively designed by me. You will not find my designs anywhere else and if you do I need to know!!!  Every design can be changed in respect of colour, so why not co-ordinate with your occasion.

I absolutely love designing and gather my inspiration from everywhere!  The Favour Factory is my full time occupation based in my own design studio.  Over the years I have sourced the best quality products, labels, printing materials and not forgetting packaging materials too, providing you with a superior service from start to finish.
